By creating a digital nomad employee network, we reduce the overal pricing of our services and source talent from across the globe. Founder & Director
Clayton M
With many years of experience in content writing, web development, and graphic design, and a lifetime of creative achievement, Clayton is now heading StartTall Branding Solutions as the Chief Executive Officer and Branding Manager.
StartTall was founded by Clayton and he now heads Branding & operations. His eye for design is sharp and he spends hours looking at a particular design to judge its perfection. He is also involved with most of StartTall’s design function, including designing logos, websites, and other core design work of StartTall.

Chief Illustrator
Melanie A
“I remember meeting Melanie as a young man in Church. She was an amazing artist then. Today, she’s a mind-blowing digital artist!” says Clayton Menezes, CEO, StartTall. Melanie has been a key employee at StartTall since its inception.
Melanie is a talented illustrator with a magical hand. She is dedicated to designing and has spent her education in studying design and technology. She’s our key illustrator.

Key Logo Designer & Ideator
Athens C
Athens knows what it means to relax and have fun while working. In addition to being a key designer at StartTall, Athens is also an ardent traveler; a true digital nomad! As with all of StartTall’s digital nomads, Athens is an all-rounder when it comes to creative abilities. He is a designer, musician, photographer, videography enthusiast, and more.
From Malaysia, Athens is a globetrotter with experience of different cultures. Don’t have presuppositions of this fancy fellow. He’s a married man with a super-cute son! Though Athens also works for a Church in Malaysia, he is a dedicated staff at StartTall Branding Solutions.

Quality Manager
Jennifer M
Coming from an artistic family and a singer and an artist herself, Jennifer is an important employee at StartTall. She takes care of quality management and client relations. Think of her as the oiling in the motor of the StartTall machinery.
While singing and painting are her hobbies, creative management, interior decor, and quality assessment are her key skills at StartTall. Jennifer also is an excellent cook, craftsman, orator, and much more than what meets her short stature. She’s truly like the powerhouse of StartTall.
